Your working time

• 40 hours per week

Your duties

• Disruption, removal and maintenance of heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical and other facilities in the shopping center
• Self-service repair of technical equipment
• Maintenance and inspection plans in the CAFM system
• Tracking deficiencies
• Cooperation with local customers

Your profile

• Completed technical training as a plant mechanic for heating, ventilation and sanitation (m/w/d) or comparable
• First professional experience as a home technician (m/w/d) or in a technical profession
• Good PC knowledge (MS Office, CAFM systems)
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Openness and secure appearance to customers
• High level of self-organisation
• Communication strength and enforcement
