General:

With your team, you are responsible for developing and controlling the vision of our platform based on market developments and customer requirements. It consists of several applications such as tracking, customer data platform, marketing automation, personalization and analytics. With this platform, our over 200 customers from a wide range of industries manage their digital marketing activities at every touchpoint – automated, individualized and intelligently based on AI.

Your tasks:

• You develop and tax our product vision
• The definition of our strategic vision and roadmap for our CXP/Suite product is your responsibility
• Consolidate all voices of internal and external stakeholders
• You will test the market and develop competitive analyses in line with the requirements of our stakeholders
• In addition, you represent and argue the respective requirements
• Together with the Product Owns and UI/UX experts, you work closely together to create an optimal user experience. At the same time, you take on your own responsibility
• Prepare for our Product Owner and prioritize User Stories
• As a team leader, you will take the lead of a team consisting of colleagues from the UX/UI, Scrum Master and Technical Editorial Departments and accompany your employees:

This is ideally brought with you:

• A successfully completed study of BWL, (economic) computer science and/or scientific studies or comparable training
• Customer Data/Experience experience, Marketing Automation
• Quality awareness, technical understanding, communication and team skills
• a mode of operation characterized by high autonomy and reliability
• Ideally, you have already gained first experience in the management of employees
• good English skills
• Ideally, you have experiences with customer data platforms and their implementation
