Head of Medical Controlling (m/w/d)

For the further development and reorientation of our medical controller, we are looking for an area management of medical control with design wills, excellent expertise and safe sense for the balance between medicine, economics, humans and organization.

They design the strategic and operational development of the entire medical controller and act as a central interface between management and medical disciplines. As a partner: in the management, you actively participate in the medical-strategic and economic orientation of the clinic association and accompany the interconnection of outpatient and stationary structures, in particular in the context of our new building projects and the medical conception 2030. They are responsible for the complete medical controlling including MD management, DRG coding, external quality assurance and reporting. In a close shoulder with controlling, accounting, financial accounting, IT and the clinical areas, you optimize processes, secure transparency and create the basis for sustainable control and revenue structures. You control the optimization of the overall process from redundancy to billing, ensure a high level of coding and documentation quality and ensure regular information and training for both clinical personnel and those directly associated with you in medical controlling. In addition, you regularly analyse the primary and secondary miscalculations, derive measures from them and are responsible for their implementation. They lead the area with strategic clarity, empathy and high personal presence. You actively develop your team, shape the transformation process with persuasive power and promote close, trusting cooperation between all professional groups and hierarchical levels. They communicate safely at management level, build sustainable networks inside and outside the network and position the medical controlling as an active driver for quality, cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
