Overview of tasks

• They carry out assistance planning and organise staff-centric, social-spatial assistance services for people with disabilities based on this.
• Support and advice regarding participation and participation in working life and society
• They support basic care and primary care activities (body care and hygiene)
• Support and advice in the fields of communication, orientation, social interaction
• Development and implementation of offers of vocational and general education in the works of the day and in the district

We are looking

• Qualified training as a curative caregiver in, educator in, curative education *in or comparable educational qualification with professional experience in integration aid (SGB IX)
• Clear positioning towards empowerment and inclusion
• Open and clear communication, with expert knowledge, including supported communication, mental illness, autism, challenging behavior
• Structured, independent and reflected mode of operation
