You address our customers in all questions and topics of occupational retirement You are responsible for the calculation of services and responsibilities, instigating performance disbursements and treating imbalances and utilities Date management, telephone customer support and inventory and data management in the management system are your tasks as well as carrying out promotions under stock management You are responsible for the written and telephone correspondence with the caregivers, authorized persons, health insurance companies, financial offices, other authorities and customers (contractors) and other specialist departments and insurers You actively participate in projects and in the further development of our internal processes and IT systems Last but not least, you support quality and complaint management

You are drawing with your empathy, communication strength and flexibility You want to work into the diverse tasks of occupational retirement A quick understanding is one of your strengths, as well as a high level of learning and training You work structured and carefully, can prioritize well and have fun at work in the team In addition, you have completed training in the commercial sector or a completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance A routined handling of application software and MS-Office, especially MS-Excel, complete your profile
