Operation and supervision of the patient data management system (PDMS): You are our first contact person (m/w/d) when it comes to system availability and performance. In addition, monitor and control the interfaces to other clinical systems such as the hospital information system (KIS), to various laboratory systems and medical devices. You support and advise users (m/w/d) on questions and problems related to the PDMS. Responsibility for adjacent applications: You also look at the operation and care of other medical applications (e.g. medical device management systems, documentation systems etc.) and take care of the integration of new applications into the existing IT landscape. Project management and further development: You work in projects to optimize and extend the PDMS and other applications. You maintain a close exchange with the IT team and the medical departments, analyze user requirements and develop solutions together. Ensuring data security and compliance: You perform regular data backups and ensure disaster recovery processes. Training and support of users: You organize training for medical personnel and other users and also carry out them. You are also responsible for creating and maintaining user manuals and technical documentation.
