I continue this tradition with joy. I learned my crafts at the Pflaums Posthotel, Schindlerhof and as a guardian of the Black Eagle in Kraftshof. My team and I welcome you to the Bammes - the guests who know us and those who would like to meet us. Whether young, old, sporty or less, meat chefs, vegetarians, vegans, with love for the decent Franconian cuisine and a neat measure of Tucher beer or rather light and southern Mediterranean with a fine wine. We treat you to your taste. With us regional comes to the table: our ingredients, as far as possible, are derived from local customs: the vegetables from the garlic country, meat and poultry from Franconian butchers, the beer from Tucher in Nuremberg.

We are looking for diligent hands that support our chefs in all activities from now on or after agreement in full time or part time.

Working hours: After agreement, full-time or part-time, Monday and Tuesday are rest days.

Tasks: With the help of pre- and preparation of food production (boiling potatoes, washing salads etc.), rinsing activities, cleaning work.
