Deputy Head of the Department of Home Technology (Electric, Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Sanitary Technology) Ensure the functional and operational safety of the technical installations and compliance with the legal framework conditions for technical hospital operation Tasks in preventive fire protection and technical environmental protection Participation in the technical project management and project management for construction projects Creating multi-year construction, maintenance and maintenance plans Participation in tenders, bid requests, awards, follow-up management Representation of the builder inside and outside of the planners, authorities and third parties involved Plan examinations, acceptances, technical commissioning and defect tracking
