Your missionYou keep projects on track – technical, economic and human. From the first customer idea to the series transfer, you are the central switching point and ensure that appointments, costs, quality and communication are perfectly combined. Your tasks – varied & effectiveGreat planning, control and implementation of customer and internal projects in the automotive environment Total responsibility for technology, appointments, costs and quality over the entire project life cycle Central interface to the customer – professional, binding and partnership Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams and ensuring smooth cooperation Close coordination with specialist departments, works and external partners – from procurement to standard maturity Key Account Management support for new acquisitions Participation in market strategies, competitive analyses and process optimization Ensuring a clean project documentation and application of common PM and quality methods

Professionally strong & humanly convincing That's what you bring: Completed engineering or economic engineering studies or a technical training (e.g. tool mechanics) with further training to the technician/industrial master metal Multiannual project experience in the automotive sector (OEM/Tier 1), ideally in body or tool construction Safe handling of project management and quality methods (e.g. APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, SPC) Basic business understanding and very good MS-Office knowledge Experience in managing project teams Very good English skills in word and writing Nice to have: SAP R/3 and/or PLM systems (e.g. Teamcenter, Jira) What distinguishes you personally: Communication strength, enforcement and negotiation skills Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation – also under pressure Team spirit, customer orientation and a safe occurrence Service travel
