Plant operator (m/f/d)

You operate and monitor our modern production facilities. By storing the equipment with raw materials and auxiliaries, you ensure a smooth production process. You can also perform adjustment and maintenance work on the plants. You ensure compliance with our quality and safety standards. Documentation of all quality-relevant production data completes your task area. You analyse downtime, identify optimization potential and introduce ideas for improvements. The use is made in alternating layer, if necessary can also be used in night shift and on Saturdays.

You have a completed training as a specialist in confectionery technology or food technology or from a technical field, for example as an industrial mechanic or mechatronic (m/w/d). Ideally, you have been able to gain professional experience in the areas mentioned above. You have a good technical understanding. You enjoy working with the team and bring a proactive way of communication. Self-responsible and careful work is yours. Your high level of reliability, readiness and motivation complete your profile.

Planning security: regulated shift times, early and late shifts take place weekly.
