We are looking for our customers, a mechanical engineering company based in Holte-Stukenbrock Castle (near Bielefeld), a Travel Manager (m/w/d) The place shall be occupied at the next possible time, initially for 18 months. Responsibility with vision You organize and book travel according to the applicable corporate and corporate policies. Whether flight, train, car hire or accommodation

You actively support resource planning and disposition so everything goes smoothly

Check the validity of travel documents and make sure everything is up to date

You manage the pool vehicles and ensure their use

You check travels on special regulations and ensure the necessary permissions

Designer and innovator sought You have a completed training as an office or industrial merchant or as a merchant for tourism and leisure

You bring good English knowledge in word and writing

You are fit in dealing with Microsoft 365 and common office programs

You have a basic understanding for ERP and CRM processes, ideally even knowledge in SAP and Salesforce
