As a senior consultant, you take responsibility in diverse projects at the interface of corporate strategy, customer experience and data-based consulting. Your tasks include: Project work: You take part in customer experience projects and control implementation (e.g. feedback surveys, CX workshops and process optimizations) Key Account Management: You enter and develop our clients along our products Acquise: You work with potential clients to identify their needs and create offers Marketing: You write articles, participate in events and give lectures on your topics

2-3 years of professional experience, for example in sales, marketing, service, user/customer experience, analytics or change management Very good academic achievements in BWL, VWL, Economics, Business Psychology, etc. First experience in project and team management You love numbers, data, facts that you convey with enthusiasm to colleagues and clients You are striving for excellent project results and bringing high operational readiness withGerman at least German at least on C1 level, very good English and MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
