Site Planner / Construction Project Planner (m/f/d)

Responsible planning and coordination of new, rebuilding and modernization projects at the site Accompanying projects from kick-off to completion and handover Determination of requirements together with the internal departments Development of project concepts and definition of costs, dates and quality objectives Coordination of architects, specialist planners, authorities, experts and executives Coordination of construction projects with production, operation, work safety and other internal stakeholders Creation and testing of planning documents, performance directories and decision templates Support for tendering, awarding and commissioning of external partners Monitoring of project progress, costs, dates and execution quality Organisation and monitoring of construction meetings, acceptances and handovers Ensuring compliance with legal, structural and operational requirements Maintenance of project and inventory documentation

Complete studies or technical training in the field of architecture, civil engineering, construction engineering, industrial engineering, facility management or a comparable qualification Professional experience in the planning and implementation of construction, reconstruction or infrastructure projects Experience in coordinating different internal and external project participants Knowledge of building and planning law and the handling of approval processes are advantageous Safe handling of common office applications; Knowledge of CAD, BIM or project management software is desirable Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Impressed organisational capacity and a good understanding of operational processes Communication strength, enforcement capacity and team capacity Willingness to accompany the projects regularly directly on the construction site
