Manager Internal and External Corporate Communications (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced, team-oriented personality that takes over the professional and operational control of our communication team and at the same time actively cooperates in corporate communication. You bring your expertise into the team in a structured manner, develop colleagues professionally and work together with us to continuously develop our topics, formats and processes. The role combines strategic co-design with hands-on work, in particular in the design and implementation of internal and external communication measures. Joy in texts, a very good sense of speech and the ability to prepare complex content in a precise and addressable manner are as important as interest in innovation and continuous improvement. Your tasks at a glance: Professional leadership & team development Technical leadership of the team including coaching and skills of colleagues Further development of processes, roles and quality standards Structure and sharing of knowledge (Training-on-the-job, Sparring, Feedback) Communication (strategic & operativ) (in cooperation with colleagues) Further development and control of social media activities (channel strategy, positioning, governance) Responsibility for editorial planning and content creation of the social intranet Conception, control and implementation of ongoing internal and external communication measures Other tasks: support / cooperation Executive formats (e.g. semi-annual Townhall) Press and Public Relations integrated communication and marketing campaigns in the entire team

Complete studies in corporate communication, journalism or related topics Multiannual relevant professional experience in corporate communication Ideally professional experience in the technical control of small teams or comparable roles with coaching / leadership Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Organisational design, structured and independent working and high service orientation
