Financial Data Manager Accounting and Reporting (m/f/d)

As part of a small, dedicated team, you actively shape accounting processes within the freenet group. You take responsibility for the correct transfer of project requirements into our accounting systems. For the accounting systems you supervise, you assume the technical responsibility – in particular for ongoing operations, the mapping of new facts and compliance with accounting regulations. Our tools for quality assurance, reporting and safeguarding the ongoing operation are developed in a process-oriented manner. In the phase of detailed analysis on special accounting behaviour, you are a competent person and stand by your colleagues with expertise and commitment.

You have successfully completed a degree in economics – ideally with the focus on accounting or controlling – or you have a comparable qualification. You think fast, you like to work structured and analytically and keep an overview of complex topics. You have a high degree of self-motivation and conscientiousness for your tasks. You already have first experience in handling ERP systems, Excel and modern analysis and reporting tools – such as Power BI or SAP BW. Technological innovations can be found exciting and you bring a real interest in questioning and improving existing processes. You like to work in the team, are reliable, flexible and strong in communication.
