We are looking for motivated colleagues for our APiA station (training station for foreign nursing staff in recognition at station 15 - cardiology and pneumology) in Rendsburg, who care for our patients with heart and passion. Administrative Recording: You are the first point of contact for our patients: inside and take over the administrative recording and ensure a smooth running at the station strike. Pre- and post-processing: You take care of the pre- and post-processing of patient documents. Transparent communication promotion: You promote a positive and communicative atmosphere as a contact person for patients, their relatives and employees of the station and supporting areas. Supporting the nursing staff: You support the nursing staff and thus ensure optimal patient care. Coordination & Material Logistics: With a great deal of attention, you coordinate the operations at the station strikes and contribute to the efficient office organization through your structured work. You are also responsible for ordering and material logistics.

You have completed training as MFA and are characterised by high responsibilities, flexibility and commitment. You have a pronounced service idea in the sense of the patients and a targeted and organized way of working. You are communicative, empathic and like to work independently while you have very good skills in collaboration at different levels. You bring basic IT skills that make your daily work easier. You are ready to participate in the 2-shift system and thus contribute to the efficient organisation of working day.
