Site management – establishment and development of new structures in the outpatient care service (m/f/d)

In this context, we also develop our outpatient care service in a targeted manner. We are looking for a dedicated personality who is willing to actively shape a location, build structures and take responsibility. Your duties Total responsibility for the outpatient care site and its strategic and operational development Establishing and establishing efficient structures and processes in care and administration Management and control of the site in close cooperation with the PDL and the Deputy Care Service Management (sPDL) Development of the team together with the nursing management level Ensuring high-quality, economic and customer-oriented supply Organisation and management of the daily business taking into account statutory requirements (e.g. SGB XI) Optimization of processes and further development of modern supply structures Close cooperation with internal interfaces, cooperation partners and external stakeholders in the healthcare sector

Completed commercial training, medical studies or comparable qualifications Ideally experience in outpatient care or healthcare leadership experience or strong willingness to take responsibility Organisational strength and entrepreneurial thinking and action Communication strength, enforcement ability and an appreciation of leadership Structured, solution-oriented and independent mode of operation Motivation to actively shape changes and build new structures in the care sector
