As a transmission system operator, we secure the power supply for around eleven million people in Baden-Württemberg. We create the infrastructure for the energy transition by maintaining, optimizing and expanding the high-voltage network according to needs. As a central point of contact, we inform, advise and coordinate all topics relating to occupational safety, health and environmental protection in all network and construction projects of TransnetBW GmbH – from the planning phase to the commissioning of the plants. Our main topics: We create uniform, project-related standards, regulations & processes. We advise HSE in all project phases of the network and construction projects and provide assistance with project-specific questions concerning occupational safety, health and environmental protection. We sensitize and train the project participants in terms of the dangers and risks on the construction site and demonstrate practical solutions. We support the selection and control of external service providers for the performance of the building contract obligations under the Construction Site Regulation (BaustellV) and to ensure a functioning HSE building site organization. We support executives and employees in the performance of their duties in the field of work, health and environmental protection. You actively develop measures within the framework of the TransnetBW Awareness Programme to strengthen HSE culture in the projects and implement them measurably. You transmit the HSE culture and interests of the projects to the construction companies and service providers and carry out these trainings in the field of occupational and health protection. As a trainer or trainer, you carry out construction site visits, evaluate the work situations with regard to occupational and health protection and develop solutions together with the construction companies and service providers. You work with analyses of accidents, incidents and dangers.

You have medical or technical training and bring professional practice in occupational and health protection, ideally in civil and civil engineering. You have many years of experience in the communication of knowledge and skills to construction site personnel and fun in dealing with people with different cultural backgrounds. You bring professional pedagogical skills to convincingly impart the necessary knowledge in occupational and health protection. You are entitled to continuously improve and develop the level of health and safety at work. You have an analytical and structured way of working as well as organizational talent. You are characterized by high enthusiasm and enforcement, communication strength and a safe occurrence. You have a very high readiness to travel and are owned by the class C1 licence.
