You control the holistic object care in infrastructure building management / building cleaning. You lead your team: deployment planning, guidance, development and support constructive cooperation on site. You are responsible for the contractual performance including Budget, quality, costs and dates measurable and customer-oriented. You carry out quality controls and take action. You are in regular exchange with the customer and solve topics pragmatic and professional.

Complete training as a master in building cleaning or alternatively training as a specialist facility management or a completed study with the focus of facility management. You bring professional experience in a comparable or deputy function – ideally complemented by first leadership experience. You are convinced by pronounced service and customer orientation, organizational skills and a structured way of working. You communicate safely, work routiniert with MS Office and appear binding. You have good German knowledge (at least B2 level) and a class B driving licence. You have social and intercultural skills with communication strength. Your leadership certificate is without entries.
