Internal Sales Representative - Existing Customers Dental Systems (m/f/d)

As part of our sales team, you support us in the care and development of our existing dental customers and advise them on our soft and hardware solutions. You enter our existing customers and existing customers by phone and are a competent contact person for questions about our products and solutions. You recognize the needs of our customers and advise them on appropriate software and hardware solutions as well as extensions. You'll be prudent to existing customer relationships with your service-oriented and personal advice for high customer satisfaction. You start offerings, accompany them by phone and help us find suitable solutions for our customers. You recognize cross- and up-selling potentials with existing customers and specifically address them. You work closely with your colleagues from sales, marketing, product management and service and support.

You enjoy customer contact and sales and you like to go actively to people. Ideally, you have already gained experience in telesales, telephone sales, customer service or in the telephone customer consultation. You have fun to advise customers by phone and introduce suitable products and solutions to them. Ideally, you already have experience in the distribution or care of software or technical products - especially your willingness to work into our solutions is important. Knowledge in the German healthcare system or in the dental industry is advantageous, but no need. You have a basic technical understanding and enjoy getting to know new products and systems. You can communicate and adjust yourself well to different customers and their needs. You work reliably, independently and at the same time like the team.
