Account Manager (m/w/d)

They take care of the quick and solution-oriented examination, as well as the technical detection of incoming financing requests. In addition, you are responsible for the decision-making, voting and approval of your own, prepared financing requests under the competence model. In the event of contract changes (interchange of documents, debt securities etc.), contact our agencies and customers, as well as the concept development and conversion. In addition, carry out the credit analysis with independent customers (bailance evaluation etc.). The examination and second-approval of finally processed funding applications within the framework of the competence model is also part of their responsibility. They coordinate the appointments regarding the return of the contract documents for the team contract.

You have successfully completed a training to/to the banker or to/to the merchant for insurance and finance in the financial consulting departments. Ideally, you bring several years of professional experience in real estate financing. Entrepreneurial thinking and distributive orientation characterize you. They have a high decision-making and solution orientation and technical affinity Team skills and strong service awareness are of course for you.
