(Junior) Shopplanner (m/f/d)

You plan and implement architectural concepts for retail stores in the stock and new building. You will visit our customers on site for inventory, area analysis and state detection. The creation of scales, opinions and assessments of the construction and technical situation is also part of your tasks. You advise on the architectural, functional and economic optimization of existing areas. In addition, you develop new building, rebuilding and rollout plans based on existing corporate design guidelines. You are in close cooperation with internal project teams, external architects, specialist planners and executive partners. Technical documentation, planning documents and project reports are also available. You use CAD and planning software for visualization, documentation and data acquisition. Thanks to you, project coordination and quality assurance will be supported over various phases of the project.

Complete studies in architecture, civil engineering, interior design or comparable. 1–2 years of professional experience in the field of shop planning, retail, expansion or construction planning – ideally in the consulting or project environment. First practical experience in inventory, area planning and planning. Safe handling of CAD tools (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit or the like); further planning tools of advantage. Competent appearance, clear communication capability and independent operation. Good coordination and interest in in interdisciplinary cooperation. High readiness for travel and pleasure at work on site with the customer. The contract shall be valid for two years.
