You create training material such as presentations, manuals, videos, exercises or e-learning modules You develop training for software, hardware, machines, IT systems or technical processes and perform these live, online or hybrid through You can determine which skills the users or employees need and how deep the training must go You explain complex technology in a comprehensible language and translate technical concepts into clear, comprehensible steps You develop exams and certifications and are responsible for testing, assessments and certifications You provide the necessary support during and after training and answer questions, accompany learners or give feedback You are responsible for the ongoing management and the establishment of an efficient, long-term service network for our international brands in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Czech Republic Your tasks include the support of our external technical support partner and the support in answering technical requests from the European markets

You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in an electrotechnical profession, for example as an electrician or mechatronic. You have extensive professional experience in gastronomy and hotel industry, in particular in the field of service and maintenance You have sound commercial and advisory skills You can clarify complex technical questions and problems fluently in German and English A high customer orientation, proactive operation and excellent communication skills are of course for you You are looking forward to traveling in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Czech Republic Good knowledge of MS Office You have very good knowledge of German and English, other languages are advantageous
