In the nursing home house Alexandra in the Ebsdorfergrund, about 60 employees take care of the well-being and care of about 52 psychiatrically ill residents.

We are a clear, experienced, private institution specializing in the home care of people with mental impairment. At three locations in Hesse, our team provides caregivers, everyday companions and ergotherapists in small, friendly facilities to our residents.

• Responsible support and guidance of our residents:in all aspects of daily life
• Planning and implementation of structured everyday design and leisure activities
• You take care of individual and person-centric reference
• They address current client-centric, educational and therapeutic concepts and methods
• Development and setting of offers for the promotion and accompaniment of our residents: both within the establishment and quality management
• Conflict and reflection of the joint work in the team
• Documentation and reporting of care measures and processes
• Cooperation with reference persons

Your profile:

• a completed at least three years of vocational training in the field of education (education/w/d), nurse (m/w/d), pedagogical specialist (m/w/d).
• or a completed study of social work, social services, special education, social education, psychology or education
• professional experience in dealing with adult people with disabilities or Limitations
• Competence for educational action and professional relationship design
• Personal security and sense of responsibility in dealing with challenging behavior
• A high psychological resilience in dealing with challenging residents:
• willingness to work also from&an on weekends
• Willingness to reflect on joint and own work within the framework of team meetings
• Class B driving licence (3)
• Knowledge of how to use the PC (recreation of reports and documentation).
• fun at the movement and a high degree of sense of responsibility and empathy as well as a person-centric perspective and action.
• The core therapy period is from Monday to Friday from 7:00 - 16:00 and in it (almost) all working time models are possible. During the weekends therapists change with the shorter morning shifts.
