Underwriting/Portfolio Responsibility: Control and Controlling of Underwriting as well as responsible drawing and risk analysis in the Financial Lines business segment MGAs (Assekuradeure): Management / further development of cooperation with MGAs in Germany and abroad Product and tariff development: Strategic planning of product developments, further development of cover concepts and responsibility for product and tariff measures Analytics and Innovation Management: Building and deploying modern analytic methods (pricing analytics and machine learning approaches), performing data-based portfolio analyses and deriving strategic innovation impulses Support Sales: readiness to travel to support sales in insurance intermediaries and insurance companies Leadership: Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of six underwriters

Degree of study: completed university studies in the business sector, law or comparable degree Insurance Experience: Ideally experience with specialist processes in composites Specialized expertise and experience in the field of Financial Lines (debt liability, PI, D&O) Strategy preparation: Successful preparation of complex strategies or measures for decision-making Working method: Embossed own initiative, earnings and target orientation as well as enforcement Methodology competence: Structured, conceptual and analytical methods as well as safe occurrence in challenging situations
