OCTOBER 2025 FOR 18 MONTHS WITH THE PROGRAMME TRAINEE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGY NATIONAL - PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT IN IDENTITY MANAGEMENT (M/W/D) The Department of Identity Management is part of the P&P area and is responsible for the POSTIDENT portfolio with innovative and digital methods for the reliable identification of persons, such as VideoIdent, AutoIdent, eID and identification in the branches of Deutsche Post. For example, we support banks in the identity check as part of the opening of bank accounts. As a team, we assume the end-to-end responsibility for the entire portfolio, acquire and maintain business customers, especially in the financial services sector, and drive forward the agile further development of our processes. We also ensure smooth operation, quality and Fraud management and compliance. Your tasks Business Development: Identification and Development of New Business Areas Agile product development: Product Owner support in the further development of our processes Quality Assurance: Ensuring the Quality and Safety of Our Processes Regarding Fraud, Customer Satisfaction and Conversion Project Management: Working with exciting projects and initiatives to further develop our portfolio Your profile as a trainee At least successful Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economy or Business Development before 1 October 2025 First practical experience (up to 3 years) in a company, in business development, IT/software development or analytics, e.g. through internships flowing German knowledge; good English skills High affinity for IT topics and digital solutions Creative team player with strong communication skills High customer orientation and problem-solving competence Your benefits Individual career development: After a central introduction week, you will get to know the world of logistics in three individual program phases in the country.
