• You actively participate in the development and implementation of the People & Culture Digitalization Strategy

• You control international digitalization projects for MAN People & Culture with a focus on the transition from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors in close cooperation with HR-IT

• You analyze existing People & Culture processes and develop standardized IT solutions with special attention to the cloud transformation to SuccessFactors (concept, test management, implementation support)

• You advise the People & Culture functions regarding the optimization of processes and systems

• You moderate multi-site project teams and coordinate the cooperation between specialist and IT in digitization projects

• You have a completed degree in Business Informatics, Economic Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable qualification with at least 3-5 years of professional experience

• You bring well-founded experience in IT and process projects in the HR sector, ideally focusing on SAP SuccessFactors and the detachment of SAP HCM

• You have in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM as well as practical experience with SuccessFactors, especially in the introduction and configuration of modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting or Performance & Goals

• International project experience as well as knowledge in change management and cloud migration are beneficial

• You are characterized by strong team skills, self-initiative, communication strength and moderation skills

• You have knowledge of German and English with a high degree of negotiation
