Network Technician - Project Management / Process Optimization / Network (m/w/d)

You lead and guide an international team of qualified network engineers:inside You create, analyze and optimize your own workflows for capacity planning, provision and transfer You define, monitor and improve KPIs to measure team performance, process efficiency and budget management You work with cross-functional teams, including product management, IT operation and network services, to ensure coordination and effective communication You develop and manage project plans, resource allocation and schedules to ensure successful project execution You supervise the processes for supplier and supply chain management to ensure the timely and demand-oriented delivery of hardware and components

You have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Network Technology or a related area You have at least 5 years of professional experience in network operation, technology or a related area, focusing on process optimization and project management You have at least 2 years of experience in managing powerful teams, preferably in international environments You have a good understanding of network protocols, architectures and technologies, including routing, switching, security and cloud networks You can effectively interact with engineers, executives, interest groups and customers. English is required, German is a plus You have experience with process optimization and project management methods. PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certifications are a plus
