You carry out challenging construction projects in high and industrial construction independently over all phases of the project, from planning to handover You make sure that costs, dates and qualitative requirements are complied with and use appropriate tools for active project management As a central interface, you coordinate all internal and external project participants and create transparency through a structured and comprehensible project organization You clarify technical questions, select suitable entrepreneurs, forget about services and tax their use during construction Regular status reports and progress reports are part of your task as well as close coordination with the management and the project team

Graduate in civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical qualification (e.g. technician (m/w/d) with corresponding professional experience) Multiannual experience in the management of construction projects, ideally in construction or in industrial key construction Structured, independent working and the ability to safely control complex construction projects Impressed communication and negotiation competence in handling contractors, subcontractors and internal interfaces High sense of responsibility, team capacity and clear, binding communication as well as a willingness to occasional, project-related missions
