• Book invoices (cost and goods invoices)

• Banks booking and payment

• Book expenses from staff

• Book travel expenses by staff

• Recurring bookings

• Creating further calculations for our companies and to third parties + book

• Check OPOS accounts

• Play wage accounting lists and check wage billing accounts

• Management and booking

• Edit inbox

• A successfully completed commercial training

• Finded professional experience in the above-mentioned tasks of accounting

• Safe handling of all MS Office applications and at best experience dealing with Microsoft Business Central or Navision

• A high affinity for IT applications or Awareness in dealing with electronic/digital media

• A quick understanding and self-responsibility

• An independent, structured and targeted approach

• Flowing German knowledge in word and writing
