You run the teams emptying parking ticket machines and parking garages with currently 17 employees You are responsible for the strategic development of the parking space, especially with regard to technical innovations, LIS, legal framework conditions and the tendering of operator and lease contracts Your tasks include the design and further development of parking tariff models for parking fees and fees You create municipal council templates, partially process time-critical press requests, agree with other cities, clarify data protection issues and advise other offices on operator and usage concepts The management of the urban public car parks and parking spaces of the civil engineering office including billing, the control of monthly revenues with operators, as well as the coordination of technical and operational topics are also your tasks You shall contribute to the budgeting of the parking sector and to the monitoring and control of financial resources. A completed degree (Bachelor) in the field of Public Management or a degree as a graduate administrator or a degree as an administrative specialist (formerly an employee course II) or a comparable degree (for foreign degrees, the submission of recognition in Germany is required) Ideally multi-year professional and leadership experience Technical affinity (ideally with regard to parking machines, charging infrastructure, barrier systems etc.) Joy in shaping the future of the state capital Stuttgart The view for the whole – also beyond the rim of the plate German knowledge with good expressability in word and writing
