Trade Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

You perform a variety of tasks – you develop, implement and monitor sales promotion activities/sales promotions targeted and control the accompanying processes. You develop and implement POS materials as well as sales documents and always have a look at the budget. You create and hold presentations. You are a team player – you work closely with key account management and the field organization, agree with brand management as well as internal and external service providers. You improve our processes – You are actively involved in projects to optimize our processes. You use the opportunities of digitalization in marketing, know the target groups as well as the relevant touch points in the customer journey and design sales-promoting activities and implement them on our CX platform. You look into the future – You bring passion with new topics in the team to shape and further develop and are responsible for important special issues within trade marketing.

Your training – you have a successfully completed business studies with a focus on marketing. Your experience – Multiannual professional experience in the field of (trade) marketing in the FMCG industry and experience in digital marketing is a clear advantage. Their personality – You are characterized by high conceptual and analytical skills, communicative strength and enforcement. In addition, you have a good self-organization, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and creative skills. Your know-how – you have experience in developing and implementing sales promotion measures as well as in project and process management. You also know the structures and mechanisms of action of food trade. Very good knowledge of M365 and the associated, common office applications are also included. Your commitment – you pursue goals consistently and with heart blood.
