Engineer (m/w/d)

Are you an experienced CNC machine judge who loves challenges and takes responsibility? Do you have a sound knowledge of the setup and programming of CNC-controlled machines? Do you work precisely and quality consciously, even under time pressure?

Then we have exciting and forward-looking tasks for you:

• Machine equipment: setup and operation of CNC-controlled hydraulic presses; Call programs for processing and create new parts

• tool and process planning: fixing and optimising tool and process, in particular for new parts; if necessary close cooperation with the direct supervisor

• Quality assurance: measurement of finished parts, documentation of test dimensions and release of parts

• Employee Instruction: Employees After Tool Reconstruction with regard to the Processing of Work

• Transport and Logistics: Removal and positioning of prefabricated or finished parts as well as empties coordinate and remove and store finished parts according to instructions

• Maintenance and maintenance: reporting of machine malfunctions, performance of correct maintenance and inspection as well as minor repairs

• Complete vocational training in metal processing, e.g. as machinery and plant manager, industrial mechanic or comparable qualification

• Multiannual professional experience in the installation and operation of CNC-controlled machines, ideally in the field of terminating presses

• Funded knowledge in programming, tool selection and process optimization

• High quality awareness, i.e. precision and accuracy at work

• High level of self-organisation, self-initiative and sense of responsibility and systematic approach

• Cooperation and communication skills in dealing with colleagues and supervisors
