The S-Payment belongs to the DSV group and is the tactor for all payment topics in the Sparkassen financial group. We recognize trends, create new impulses and advance savings banks with innovative payment solutions – and we have a direct influence on over 45 million end customers. We develop and market payment solutions for both PoS and e- and M-commerce. Among other things, this includes contactless payment with cards and the smartphone (App “Mobile Payment” for Android as well as Apple Pay with the Sparkasse) and much more.

Your tasks:

Our Production & Service department is responsible for controlling the production of payment and digital cards with recognised partner companies and ensures smooth processes in the background. In our department, you will accompany the introduction of a production planning & control system (PPS) as a central contact person and in close cooperation with service providers, you will ensure a precise implementation of the technical requirements. In this context, you are responsible for the protection needs analysis and coordinate processes, requirements and further developments within the meaning of the ISDS regulations and support the controllers after implementation in the use of the new system and are responsible for the unrestricted control operation. If necessary, you will take over the (partial) project management for projects from the S-Payment Annual Planning for the Production & Service department and will control the implementation from the idea to the Go-live in the case of research projects within the S-Payment department, while you will be in charge of cross-resort projects for smooth cooperation between all participants.

Your profile:

A completed study with the Department of Business Informatics or Industrial Engineering (e.g. focus on production/logistics) Relevant and deeper professional experience in project management, like in complex or cross-departmental IT-related projects – at best with first experience in the financial sector or in the payment environment experience with at least one ERP/PPS input, as well as experience with ERP systems and their interfaces Knowledge of production planning, material disposition and production control Structured, independent and reliable operation as well as communication strength across different stakeholders. German language skills
