You take over the analysis and evaluation of functional, technical and business requirements with the aim of implementing and integrating Identity & Access Management solutions. You communicate professionally and customer-oriented with users and start training documents and videos. By designing solution scenarios and evaluating solution alternatives as well as creating decision templates, you contribute to the optimization and quality assurance. In addition, analyse and eliminate disturbances that occur and ensure smooth operation. You are looking for possible process optimizations and implementing efficient interface and automation solutions, advises specialist departments in mapping IAM processes and implement them independently. In addition to the implementation, administration, monitoring and maintenance of the responsible systems, you will create and provide necessary documentation for the use in operation and support. You ensure compliance with the requirements of the ISO27001 standard and in the context of data protection.

You have a completed study of computer science/economic informatics or a comparable training in the field of IT. You have profound experience in Identity & Access Management and have already successfully implemented and optimized IT solutions and interfaces. Ideally, you have experiences with Omada or other market-leading IAM tools. Your rapid understanding and your analytical thinking enable you to work independently and independently. You are a communication talent, you like to work in the team as well as yourself and value high-quality results. Your very good knowledge of German is complemented by knowledge of English that is safe from negotiation.
