Purchasing & Order processing: You process orders, inquiries and order confirmations and ensure a smooth operation in the operational purchase. Supplier support: You provide supplier master files and purchase files in the ERP system and are in regular exchange with national and international Suppliers. Date tracking and voting: You keep delivery dates in mind, clarify deviations and agree closely with suppliers and internal departments. Offers & Prices: You perform price comparisons and offer analyses and support in negotiations. Document verification: You carefully check delivery documents and invoices and support in the commercial processing. Process support: You participate in the optimization of procurement processes and introduce suggestions for improvement.

Qualification: You have a completed commercial training, for example as an industrial businessman or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: First experience in purchasing or in a similar commercial position is desirable. Business understanding: care, structure and a safe handling of prices, offers and shopping processes are a key feature. Working methods: independent, reliable and organised work belongs for you as well as the overview of several processes at the same time. Communication strength: In exchange with suppliers and internal interfaces, you will appear binding, clear and solution-oriented. IT knowledge: The safe handling of MS Office is obvious to you, ideally, you also bring experience with an ERP system. Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing complete your profile.
