You ideally have a completed training as a personal service businessman (m/w/d) or you already have relevant professional experience in the classic time work as a personnel manager (m/w/d), sales manager (m/w/d) or personnel consultant (m/w/d) with You have relevant professional experience in employee transfer and/or direct staff placement of nursing and pedagogical staff You draw your attention through pronounced customer orientation and sales strength You have very good communication strength and negotiation skills You have fun in sales and are motivated to win new customers: You have good user knowledge in all common Microsoft Office products and you could probably already gain first experience in handling the software “Zvoove” You are team-ready, reliable, structured and also retains a “cool head” in stressful situations You have a class B driver's license which is mandatory for the field service
