• Management of complex and MEAG-wide organization and optimization projects from the first idea to the initialization of the project to the implementation
• expert advice on the design of organisational structures and operating models as well as the creation of high-quality recommendations for action
• Organisational further development and optimization of processes taking into account the technical further development both within the business areas and across areas
• Development of project management know-how by regular implementation of training or advice on project work within MEAG
• Close cooperation and coordination with the strategy team, senior management and other stakeholders

That's what you think:

• Successfully completed studies, preferably in economics or STEM subjects
• Detectable expertise in strategy, organisational development and/or transformation, with well-founded relevant professional experience, ideally in the consulting environment.
• At least 4 years of experience in managing large and complex projects for asset managers or other financial service providers
• Understanding different organizational structures and transformation processes
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as structured, independent and above all outcome-oriented work
• High team competence, strong reliability, strong communication skills and convincing appearance
• Excellent German and English skills (C1) as well as excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office
