Creating, nursing and developing training concepts and documents for presence formats, e-learning, training videos and seminars Conducting technical presence training, workshops and training events for household, industry and industry – both in Germany and abroad Transfer of practical content at a professional level (“Train-the-Trainer”) and support the further qualification of international partners Develop and accompany individual mentoring and support concepts, in particular for international participants without access to local training programs Designing and implementing digital learning content in the learning management system (LMS) Responsibility, waiting and further development of training facilities and training racks Coordinating the cooperation with adjacent departments (e.g. technology, service, marketing) as well as participation in trade fairs and customer events

completed technical studies (e.g. mechatronics, electronics) – ideally with completion as an engineer or master multiannual practical experience in technical service, preferably with international applications strong trainer competence with pleasure in knowledge transfer – ideally in the training of technical products, preferably in water treatment good knowledge of English (B2 level) for international training high IT affinity and interest in digital tools, learning platforms and modern training formats didactic skill and ability to convey complex content in a comprehensible and practical way independent, structured functioning as well as organisational talent, flexibility and intercultural competence Readiness to travel (at least 20 days/year) and openness to new topics, technologies and learning formats
