Responsibility for the development and optimization of procurement methods for indirect materials and services Independent planning and control of defined product groups in close coordination with demand providers Implementation of tenders and negotiations and active supplier management Content coordination with specialist areas regarding requirements and support in their implementation Creation of market analyses, supplier reviews and pricing models taking into account risk, innovation potential and performance Cooperation in cross-functional shopping projects

Completed commercial training or studies in business, production engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in indirect purchasing, e.g. in IT, facility management, logistics, travel management, energy or marketing Secure handling of MS Office 365, especially Excel and teams Ideally experience with SAP and an SRM system German and English knowledge in word and writing Representative negotiating skills and enforcement and organisational strength Structured, result- and team-oriented mode of operation combined with analytical thinking commitment to continuous process improvement, standardization and automation Ability to develop and present practical solutions based on analytical knowledge of facts and figures Communication and presentation strength as well as sovereign appearance and convincing negotiation skills
