Ensuring the achievement of the project objectives in compliance with the project budget

Responsibility for the collection, categorisation and implementation of submitted changes

Analysis and optimization of existing processes and presentation in a process map

Initiation, management and active participation of process improvement projects

Creation of process descriptions, documents and checklists

Monitoring the sustainability of introduced measures and independent implementation of audits

Development and implementation of key figures for mapping and measuring key control variables such as productivity and quality

Coordination with various interfaces such as purchasing, demand planning, inventory management, sales and IT

A successfully completed study with a focus on logistics with multiannual relevant professional experience in project management and methodological analysis and design of logistics processes or a similar qualification

Knowledge of logistics processes and experience with the control of logistics service providers

Very good understanding of the entire business value chain as well as business and logistics relationships

High IT affinity, in particular very good office skills and versed in the use of process modeling software

Analytical thinking skills and a quick understanding

Planner and conceptual strength as well as operational implementation competence

Structured work and high load capacity

Communication strength, safe occurrence as well as an independent and self-responsible procedure with appropriate enforcement capability

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
