Front Office & Reservations Manager for the REVERB by Hard Rock Hotel

You are responsible for a smooth run at the front office and in the reservation area and, together with your team, make sure that our guests feel comfortable from the first contact to the departure You control and optimize all reservation processes, keeps in mind utilisation, availability and booking channels and actively utilizes them to increase sales You process guest feedback professionally and solution-oriented as well as invoice corrections reliably and efficiently You advise our guests competently – from booking to on-site – and with your Hamburg knowledge for a special stay experience You take the service and holiday planning for front office and reservation and ensure optimal deployment planning You continuously develop your team, promote motivation through regular feedback and carry out training Together with the People & Culture Team, you accompany recruiting processes as well as interviews and staff discussions You participate in cross-departmental meetings and ensure a clear flow of information within your teams You actively participate in projects in the room sector, in particular with focus on process optimization and guest satisfaction

You have completed vocational training in the hotel industry and also brings several years of professional experience at the reception in the same or similar position with You don't get any rest so quickly because you work carefully and structured - organization and time management are in your blood You always have a look at the goals of your department as well as the further development of your crew You are empathic and assertive - Your role model is conscious Discretion and integrity are of course for you You speak German and English fluently.
