Design and development of wireless communication systems and protocols for WiFi8 Analysis of standardization contributions Observation of technology trends Identification of possibilities for improvement Development of technical solutions for IEEE WiFi8 Participation in standardization sessions and presentation of proposals in selected IEEE working groups The following topics are of interest: Large frequency band widths and radio operation in 6GHz band and higher Optimization of MIMO technologies and cooperative MIMO processes in distributed systems Integrated Sensing and Communication (ISAC) Ambient IoT (A-IoT) Radio systems under higher mobility The scientific work offers the possibility of promotion.

University degree (Bachelor, Master or PhD degree) in electrical engineering or equivalent discipline At least 2 years of experience in developing wireless standards in IEEE, e.g. WiFi5 / WiFi6 standardization Solid experience in signal processing in wireless systems focusing on IEEE WiFi PHY, MAC and Procedures of digital signal processing Analytical, researching skills and creativity Self-motivated, proactive, effective cooperation with internal and external partners and safe occurrence in an international environment Excellent knowledge of English in word and writing
