First contact person (m/w/d) for our employees on all questions about the digital billing input workflow. Examination of documents for operational regulations and legal and tax accuracy. Configuration and booking of receipt documents. Implementation of automatic payment procedures and manual payment transactions. coordination of open positions and master data management of creditor accounts. Account management of WERE accounts. Participation in monthly and quarterly accounts. General reporting creditors.

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally for tax specialists (m/w/d). Multiannual professional experience in creditor accounting, ideally in the field of material management (MIRO) and knowledge in electronic workflow as well as safe HGB knowledge. High service and performance orientation with a pronounced quality requirement. High process understanding for complex corporate structures and internal processes. Very safe handling of SAP R/3 FI; desirable are knowledge in the modules MM, CO and SD as well as routined handling of MS Office. High level of reliability, discretion and team spirit, complemented by a structured and self-organized working. Very good German knowledge and good English skills
