These are your tasks:

As an important part of our collegial team, you are the good business card of the house and first contact person for our customers. They clarify their concerns in cooperation with internal specialist departments. Your duties include:

• Blood removal
• sampling and telephony in the context of the abstinence control program (AKP)
• Findings without interpretation
• reception of telephone calls for the department
• Administrative tasks within the framework of the ACP (e.g. reading the findings, corrections of findings, drawing up abort letters)

• (m/w/d) and relevant professional experience
• Team skills, resilience and flexibility
• Basic technical understanding and computer skills as well as very good German knowledge in word and writing
