Property Manager: Technical Facility Management in Hamburg (m/f/d)

You take the holistic responsibility for your objects in the technical facility management and ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction You plan, coordinate and guide your team and ensure efficient performance You are the central contact for our customers: you are responsible for the quality of our services on site You control and coordinate the services used in integrated facility management services You ensure compliance with quality, process and service standards (e.g. ISO guidelines) You are responsible for administrative and commercial tasks such as documentation, master data management and supporting accounting processes You tax the use of materials and pay attention to the economic and demand-oriented implementation of services You work closely with internal interfaces and ensure optimal coordination of all stakeholders

You have a completed at least 3-year vocational training (commercial, technical or commercial) or a completed study Ideally, you bring a further education to DQR level 6 or you are striving for this perspective Alternatively, you have more than 5 years of relevant professional experience in technical facility management You are willing to develop yourself professionally and complete a corresponding qualification within the first years with us. You have experience in dealing with customers and employees as well as a safe occurrence A structured, independent way of working and organizational talent You bring first leadership experience and motivation to take responsibility The safe handling of MS Office is of course for you
