Office Manager with a focus on legal & tax part-time 40-60% (m/f/d)

You are the central organizational and communicative interface between the family council, shareholders, Klett Families KG, real estate companies as well as external tax and legal advisers. You are responsible in particular:

coordination with tax advisors and lawyers in matters such as taxes, contracts and corporate law issues and accounting the participation and administration of essential contracts and documents (e.g. social contract, powers, wills, loan and gift contracts) the support of the Klett Families KG (examination of reports, annual accounts and balance sheets) the ongoing support of the shareholders, including information management, reporting and creation of decision-making templates the commercial support of the real estate companies (real estate purchases, rental contracts, additional cost accounting, communication with tenants and service providers).

You have completed university studies in the field of business or economic law with a focus on taxes or comparable qualifications. The main areas of taxation are income tax, inheritance/feeling tax. In dealing with MS Office you are well versed; Experience with SAP S/4HANA and DATEV is an advantage. You are characterized by a structured, analytical and independent operation with a high degree of conversion. Their appearance is sovereign and discreet. You maintain clear communication with partners and consultants.
