Key Account Manager (m/w/d)

Head of your 8-member team in person, professional and organizational terms Responsibility and monitoring of strategic development, standardization and control of the entire IT system landscape including budget planning, lifecycle management and supplier management Design, documentation and optimization of central processes of IT operations management, change and incident management as well as compliance and security requirements Coordination of infrastructure projects, prioritization of tasks, management of decision-making and coordination processes within the IT staff unit and other departments Ensuring compliance with IT security, data protection and compliance requirements and responsibility for risk management in the infrastructure environment With your expertise, your team will support you as a competent contact person and provide you with an eye-level exchange on topics such as Windows server landscapes, MS-Office administration, virtualization/network technology as well as architectural and design decisions

Successfully completed university studies in IT – alternatively completed training as a specialist in system integration (m/w/d) at least 5 years of practical professional and leadership experience Experience in managing IT projects in the infrastructure sector well-founded IT skills to create a fail-safe IT infrastructure including System architecture and basic knowledge in network administration first experience in the KRITIS environment Car driver's license
