Planning, preparation and implementation of projects with large customers with specialisation in transport companies Coordination of project planning with various internal and external stakeholders Ensuring scheduled and costly order processing Treatment of customer requests and complaints as well as disruptive factors on construction sites Responsibility for commercial completion incl. Refund management Implementation of negotiations with contracting entities and the award of services

(m/w/d) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience as project or construction manager in the construction industry (construction, civil engineering, construction engineering) or elevator industry Good knowledge of VOB/B Willingness to increase travel to the construction sites at acceptable distance from your residence Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1) Secure MS Office and SAP knowledge High level of planning and organisational competence Customer orientation, negotiation safety and team skills
