Concepts for sustainable building: development and implementation taking into account ecological, economic and social aspects Eco balance sheets and life cycle analyses: assessment of the environmental impact of buildings and building materials over the entire life cycle Material analyses and materials assessment: Investigation of the material properties of construction products Building Resource Pass: Development, documentation and integration in sustainable building processes Cooperation in building certifications: support in certification according to standards such as DGNB, BREEAM or LEED Consultation in sustainable construction: Support for branches in the implementation of sustainable construction and processes

Studies in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering and technical building equipment in the advanced semester Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and MS-Project knowledge of advantage Great interest in energy-efficient, sustainable and systematized building concepts Structured and accurate operation commitment and initiative as well as good communication and team skills

Students will be given the opportunity to conduct a Bachelor's or Master's thesis from their internship/work students' activities and to provide them with care.
